Meet the artist

A woman with curly hair smiling in front of floral artwork at an art gallery.

The work I create centres on hand-painted floral and botanical pieces, created slowly and with intention. I am drawn to the quiet details of plants and flowers their form, movement and subtle shifts in colour and to the sense of calm they bring to a space.

I work primarily with watercolour on paper, valuing the softness, transparency and unpredictability of the medium. Each piece develops gradually, allowing the subject and materials to guide the process rather than forcing a fixed outcome.

My studio practice is deliberately unhurried. I work in a calm, considered environment, often accompanied by soft music and candlelight, allowing focus, rhythm and atmosphere to shape the work as much as the materials themselves.

My work is commissioned for homes, professional environments and considered interiors, where a sense of stillness and balance is important. Whether a piece is created as a personal artwork, a gift, or for a shared space, it is approached with the same care and attention.

The work I create is guided by a preference for stillness, patience and thoughtful, lasting detail, allowing each piece to unfold at its own pace.
